網站項目中客戶和項目經理應該關注些什么？

作為一個項目經理在網站項目中到底應該和客戶溝通些什么？無可否認，溝通是項目經理80%以上時間的工作內容，雖然項目治理有九大知識領域，四十多個過程組，眾多的分析，決策，和執行績效評估的工具，但是對于網站項目來說，項目時間最多幾個月到半年，大多項目規模也就是幾萬到二、三十萬，真正需要關注的反而是最基本的東西 - 溝通，那么溝通什么？怎么溝通呢？作為乙方, 到底該怎么做來應付那些難纏的甲方呢？

首先回到基本點，一個網站到底有哪些東西需要關注呢？
