設置E:/wxDesktop 文件夾 everyone 用戶為讀取和運行權限
SetACL MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Run /registry /deny
administrator /read
設置注冊表鍵值Run 為完全控制權限
