故障現(xiàn)象
筆者某次配置了一個AM模塊。出現(xiàn)了一個奇怪的問題。配置好后，撥入時沒有Modem撥號聲。只有電話的聲。并且音指示燈也不亮。當筆者拔下模塊上的電話線時。指示燈亮了。

診斷過程 筆者仔細檢查配置文件，發(fā)現(xiàn)缺少ip pool，加上ip local pool lab(start ip addr)(stop ip addr)，沒有效果。后來筆者想到撥號采用的都是模擬信號，與接地有很大關(guān)系。沒自動應(yīng)答:多半是接地問題。所以直接把路由器上的接地螺釘，用一根導(dǎo)線接到防靜電地板下面的鐵支柱上，問題解決了。
排除心得
路由器標準接地的方法是在鋪設(shè)電源線的時候放置一根地線，然后路由器的外殼接到地線上去就好?，筆者估計原來負責網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)搭建的廠商采用的電源線忽略了地線，否則也不會出現(xiàn)這樣的問艦。接路由器電源的時候如果有地線，一般不需要我們再接地了。
