I have the Oracle database installed and opc installed. When I run opcconfig, it fails. When opcconfig tries to startup,the NNM (Network Node Manager) application gets error netmon,snmpcollect, ovrepld. I can't figure out what is wrong,can you help me?

You have the Oracle web server assigned to port 8888. Once you kill this, you should be able to start ovstart without any problem and run the opcconfig script.
