為python設置socket代理
首先,你得下載SocksiPy這個.解壓出來之后里面會有一個socks.py文件.然后你可以把這個文件復制到python安裝目錄里面的Lib/site-packages中.或者把這個文件復制到程序所在的目錄中.

由于UDP協議不保證信息是否成功到達,因此前面設置了個重發機制,只有當客戶端收到服務器的回復后,才停止發送開啟消息并進入主循環.具體見注釋.
使用時將localhost改成服務器IP即可.
