1、下載IDE

http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/下載Eclipse for RCP and RAP Developers一個RCP RAP的基礎(chǔ)開發(fā)IDE，光有這個是不夠的，要開發(fā)RAP程序還需要RAP的目標(biāo)編譯平臺支持，不然程序是跑不起來的。

2、下載Target-Platform

http://www.eclipse.org/rap/downloads/

3、導(dǎo)入Target-Platform

將下載好的RAP (Target Components) 解壓到eclipse下的一個目錄中（新建目錄，名字自取）

打開eclipse->window->PReference->plug-in development->target platform->add 添加新的target platform 目標(biāo)目錄就是剛在eclipse中新建的目錄（包括了 下載來解壓的RAP <Target Components>）
