一、背景色設置：

1、依次點擊Window -PReference -General -Editors -Text Editors，右邊出現Text Editors的面板，面板中有這樣一個選項：Appearance color options，其中是各種板塊顏色的設置，其中有一項是background color（背景色設置）

2、選中background color，勾掉System Default，點擊color顏色塊，將出現顏色選擇面板

3、點擊 規定自定義顏色，設置 色調：84，飽和度：91，亮度：205 ； 紅：204，綠：232，藍：207，點擊確定，即可完成背景色的設置

通過設置Eclipse的背景色，來達到保護眼睛的效果

二、java文件大小設置

1、依次點擊Window -Preference -General -Appearance -Colors and Fonts -Java -Java Editor Text Font

2、點擊右邊Edit按鈕，設置java文件大小

三、jsp、xml文件大小設置

1、依次點擊Window -preferences -General -Appearance -Colors and Fonts -Basic -Text Font

2、點擊右邊Edit按鈕，設置jsp、xml文件大小

四、工程、java類文件編碼設置

1、依次點擊Window -preferences -Workspace，右側Text file encoding，選擇other，修改為UTF-8，即可將工程編碼設置為UTF-8

2、依次點擊Window -preferences -Content Types，右側Text，點擊展開選中Java Source File，在其下方Default encoding，輸入UTF-8,點擊Update，即可將java類文件編碼設置為UTF-8
