現象：

引用的時候出現錯誤： 代碼報錯：access restriction: The type JAXWSPRoperties is not accessible due to restriction on required library D:/idea_IDE/jdk1.7.0_51/jre/lib/rt.jar

解決辦法:

1:點擊項目->properties->java Build Path->Liberies

2:點擊Jre System Liberies 然后點擊remove刪除 Jre System Liberies

3:點擊Add Liberary… 選擇Jre System Liberies 點擊確定 ok
