解決方法：

 win + R 運(yùn)行 輸入 regedit 打開注冊(cè)表依次打開如下項(xiàng)： HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/Control/Lsa/FipsAlgorithmPolicy找到Enabled，將值改為0即可
