最近寫了一個關于金融的項目,在這遇到的一些概念和算法不是很懂,于是就問別人和百度了一翻。其實關鍵是要理解什么是“等額本金、等額本息”,然后用數學的算法算一下,再轉化成java代碼去計算【算法】
以下就是用最通俗的語句來理解“等額本金、等額本息”: 等額本金定義:本金保持相同,利息逐月遞減,月還款數遞減。適合于有計劃提前還貸。 等額本息定義:本金逐月遞增,利息逐月遞減,月還款數不變。
